Set up your doctor clinic website on P1.do
Patients find you on Google and social—then stall if your bio is a dead PDF or an outdated phone-only CTA. On LinkInBioPremium, a clinic can publish a mobile landing page, contact form, appointment booking, and a social link hub in one p1.do URL—without waiting on a custom web project.
What your clinic website includes
Treat p1.do as the patient-facing site you share everywhere: Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, referral partner emails, and waiting-room cards. A typical clinic setup combines four building blocks:
- Landing page — clinic name, promise (“New patients welcome · Book online”), photo, and a clear next step.
- Contact form — email + message (or structured lead fields) for referrals, records, and insurance questions.
- Appointment booking (Premium) — services, providers, hours, deposits when appropriate, reminders, and /book/yourhandle.
- Link page + socials — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google reviews, patient forms, and directions.
Free plans include the landing page, forms, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages. Premium unlocks booking, CRM sync, Selling (optional fixed-fee consults), and unlimited pages. See Pricing.
Step-by-step: go live this week
- 1.Create an account at /signup and claim a short handle (example: p1.do/northsidefamilymd).
- 2.Open Dashboard → Link Builder. Write a patient-first headline and subheadline; upload a professional clinic or provider photo.
- 3.Under Page layout, keep Links, Social, Contact form (and/or Lead capture), and Booking visible in the order patients should act.
- 4.Add Social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and Standard links for Google reviews, patient forms, insurance list, meet the doctors, and directions/parking.
- 5.Enable Contact form for quick messages—or Lead capture for fields like preferred provider, new vs returning, insurance, and phone.
- 6.Upgrade to Premium when ready, then configure Dashboard → Booking: services (New patient, Follow-up, Telehealth, Procedure consult), staff/providers, weekly hours, buffers, and deposit rules where allowed.
- 7.Optional: create a child page such as /links for a pure link-in-bio hub while Home stays the conversion landing page.
- 8.Share UTM-tagged URLs from every channel and watch Audience Analytics plus form notifications.
Detailed screenshots and booking rules live in the User Guide. Feature deep-dives: Appointment Booking, Contact Forms, Multi-Page Bios.
Landing page that converts new patients
- Lead with clarity: “Family medicine in [City] · Accepting new patients.”
- Put Booking or Contact above the fold; social icons can sit lower.
- Use Themes for a clean, clinical look—one primary CTA beats a crowded button stack.
- Add a Universal Action Button for “Book online” or “Call the clinic” if you want one persistent CTA.
- Keep legal footer defaults (Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer)—patients expect them on healthcare-facing pages.
Contact form for the front desk inbox
Not every visitor is ready to pick a time slot. A contact form catches referral notes, records requests, and “are you accepting my insurance?” messages without forcing email apps on mobile.
- Contact form: email + message, confirmation copy, spam protection, creator email alerts.
- Lead capture: add phone, preferred provider, patient type, or insurance carrier (high-level only).
- Optional CRM sync so inquiries land in HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for follow-up.
- Pair with UTMs so Google ads and social posts attribute correctly.
- Avoid collecting full medical histories in a public bio form—route clinical intake to your approved process.
Appointment booking patients will actually use
- Publish services patients recognize—New patient visit, Follow-up, Telehealth—not internal encounter codes.
- Set realistic buffers between visits and procedure blocks.
- Use deposits carefully and only where your billing policies allow.
- Connect Google Calendar to block vacations, OR time, and admin blocks.
- Share https://p1.do/book/yourhandle on Google Business Profile, recall SMS, and the front-desk desk card.
- For telehealth, paste the meeting URL from Dashboard → Booking → Appointments (manual Zoom; no OAuth required).
Marketing overview: /appointment-booking.
Recommended information architecture
- 1.Home (landing): headline, booking, contact form, top 3 links, social icons.
- 2.Child /links (optional): full social + forms/insurance list for bio traffic.
- 3.Public book URL: /book/yourhandle for Google Business and SMS.
- 4.UTM variants per channel so analytics stay honest.
FAQ for doctor clinics
Can a doctor clinic use P1.do instead of a traditional website?
Yes for many independent clinics, specialists, and small group practices. P1.do gives you a public landing page at p1.do/yourhandle, optional child pages (for example a links hub), a contact form, Premium appointment booking at /book/yourhandle, and social icons—enough for new-patient marketing from Google Business Profile and Instagram. Hospital systems or EHR-integrated portals may still need a full enterprise website; many clinics use P1.do as the fast mobile site patients open from a bio or search listing.
How do patients book clinic appointments on P1.do?
On Premium, open Dashboard → Booking, add services (new patient visit, follow-up, telehealth consult, procedure consult), set providers and weekly hours, then publish. Patients book on your bio Booking section or at https://p1.do/book/{username}. You can require deposits via Stripe/PayPal where appropriate, sync Google Calendar, send reminders, and share self-serve cancel/reschedule links.
Can we collect new-patient or referral questions with a contact form?
Yes. Enable Contact form in Link Builder for email + message (referrals, records requests, billing questions), or Custom lead capture for structured fields such as preferred provider, insurance carrier, and phone. Both support spam checks and optional CRM sync (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kit, or webhooks). Do not collect full clinical charts or unnecessary PHI beyond what your practice workflows can handle.
How do we add Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google reviews?
In Link Builder → Social accounts, add each profile URL. Icons appear on your public page. Also add Standard links for “Google reviews,” “Patient forms,” “Insurance accepted,” “Meet the doctors,” or “Directions & parking” so your link-in-bio works as a full clinic hub.
Is medical appointment booking available on the free plan?
Appointment booking is a Premium feature. Free plans can still publish a landing page, contact/lead forms, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages—useful for a simple clinic link hub. Upgrade under Dashboard → Billing when you are ready for online booking.
Can we use a landing page and a separate links page?
Yes. Free includes up to 5 pages; Premium is unlimited. Use Home for the clinic landing page (headline, offer, booking, contact) and a child slug such as /links for forms, socials, and policies—or the reverse. See /pages for multi-page bios.
Does P1.do work for multi-provider clinics?
Premium Booking supports multiple staff and services with separate availability. Patients pick a service (and provider when you enable staff selection), so physicians, NPs, and PAs can share one public book URL with distinct calendars.
How should clinics use UTMs with their bio link?
Share tagged URLs such as https://p1.do/yourhandle?utm_source=google&utm_medium=gbp&utm_campaign=new_patients. UTM parameters persist through lead and contact submissions so you can see which ad, reel, or Google post drove each inquiry.
Is patient data secure on forms and booking?
Forms and booking use the same platform security model as other P1.do creators (encrypted transport, spam controls, authenticated dashboard). Card deposits go through Stripe or PayPal checkout—not stored on your bio page. Review /privacy-policy and /pci-compliance. Follow your local healthcare privacy rules; avoid collecting more clinical detail than your front desk is prepared to process.
Can we offer telehealth or virtual consults?
Yes as a Booking location option. Create the Zoom (or other) meeting manually, then paste the join URL from Dashboard → Booking → Appointments and email the patient. P1.do does not require Zoom OAuth. Confirm telehealth is allowed for your specialty and jurisdiction.
