Refund Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Refund Policy explains what LinkInBioPremium refunds—and what we do not. We only handle refunds for membership / platform subscriptions billed by us for use of our website and apps. Creators who sell digital products, donations, or custom payments on Premium Selling handle their own transactions, refunds, and buyer communication. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What this policy covers
LinkInBioPremium is a software platform. Two different kinds of payments can appear when you use the service:
- Platform membership: fees you pay LinkInBioPremium for Premium (or other plans) to use our website, dashboard, and related features. These are the only charges we refund under this policy.
- Creator sales: digital downloads, media bundles, donations/tips, or custom payments a seller offers on their public page. Those sales are between the buyer and the seller. The seller—not us—handles refunds, replacements, and purchase support.
2. Creator sales (not refunded by us)
If you bought a product or made a donation/payment to a creator through Premium Selling, your payment was processed for that seller via payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal) or sent directly to their crypto wallet. LinkInBioPremium is not the merchant for that sale and does not issue refunds for those amounts.
- Contact the seller first using the support email or messaging link shown at checkout, in your purchase email, or on the download / access portal.
- Refunds, chargebacks related to the product, delivery problems, and quality disputes are the seller’s responsibility.
- Payment-processor fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, or card networks on creator sales are not refundable by us.
3. Reporting a seller
If a seller is unresponsive, appears to be violating our rules, or you need to report fraud or abuse related to a creator sale, contact us through our Contact page. Please include:
- Your checkout email and Order ID (if available).
- The seller’s username or page URL (if known).
- A clear description of the issue and any screenshots or receipts you can share.
We may review reports for Terms of Service or Acceptable Use violations and take enforcement action (such as suspending Selling features or an account) when appropriate. Submitting a report does not automatically refund the seller’s transaction; refunds for creator sales remain with the seller and/or your payment provider’s dispute process.
4. Free waitlist and beta access
Joining the waitlist or accessing free preview features does not create a charge. No refund applies because no payment is collected. If you later upgrade to a paid membership, the billing terms at checkout will govern that subscription.
5. Membership / subscription billing
The following applies only to platform membership fees billed by LinkInBioPremium (for example Premium):
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase (e.g., monthly or annual) until canceled.
- Fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
- Prices may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent renewal periods unless required otherwise by law.
- Taxes may be added where applicable based on your billing address.
6. Canceling your membership
You may cancel your platform subscription at any time through account billing settings or our Contact page. Cancellation stops future membership renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, you retain access through the end of the current paid period and previously charged membership fees are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
7. Membership refund eligibility
Except where required by applicable law, platform membership fees are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for a membership charge when:
- We confirm a material service outage or billing error attributable to LinkInBioPremium.
- You were charged after a valid membership cancellation request we failed to process in a timely manner.
- A money-back guarantee or promotional refund period was explicitly stated at checkout for the membership plan.
- A refund is mandated by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction for the subscription purchase.
Membership refunds are generally not provided for partial periods, unused features, lack of use, CRM issues caused by third-party platforms, or dissatisfaction where the service performed as described. Membership refunds never include amounts paid to creators for their products.
8. Annual vs. monthly memberships
Monthly memberships: each month’s fee is earned upon billing; refunds for prior months are not available except as listed in Section 7. Annual memberships: unless a promotional guarantee applies, annual fees are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. Within 14 days of an initial annual purchase, you may request a refund if you have not materially used premium CRM sync, Selling, or export features.
9. How to request a membership refund
For a platform membership refund, submit a request through our Contact page with the account email, invoice or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason. State clearly that the request is for a membership / subscription charge—not a creator product purchase. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership and review eligibility.
10. Membership refund processing
- Approved membership refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
- Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after approval; banks may take additional time to post credits.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer account credit or an alternative method at our discretion.
11. Chargebacks and disputes
For membership charges billed by us, contact us through our Contact page before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension. For creator sales, use the seller’s support contact and your card issuer’s or PayPal’s dispute tools as applicable; we are not the merchant of record for those sales.
12. Third-party fees
Amounts paid directly to third parties—such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, domain registrars, or payment-processor fees on creator sales—are not refundable by LinkInBioPremium. Those providers’ own billing and refund policies apply.
13. Regional rights
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal or refund rights for a subscription you bought from us, you may have additional remedies under local law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights regarding our membership billing. Statutory rights related to a creator’s digital product purchase are directed to that seller where the law treats them as the trader.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals unless otherwise required by law.
15. Contact
Membership billing and refunds, or to report a seller: use our Contact page. For legal terms, see our Terms of Service. For creator product refunds, contact the seller directly.
