FAQ
Does P1.do take a percentage of my sales?
No extra platform cut of creator sales profit on top of the monthly Premium subscription. Standard Stripe/PayPal processor fees still apply; crypto is wallet-to-wallet with network gas only.
Can buyers pay with crypto?
Yes. Save your EVM address under Selling, enable Crypto, and buyers pay ETH or POL from a browser wallet. Funds go straight to you—non-custodial.
Who handles refunds for product sales?
You do. Sellers manage refunds and support for their own sales. The platform Refund Policy covers Premium membership only. Buyers can report sellers via /contact with an Order ID.
