Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026
LinkInBioPremium (p1.do) provides a link-in-bio platform for creators and coaches, including CRM lead capture, short URLs, appointment booking, and optional Premium Selling tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It also explains how seller contact details may be shown to buyers—and that purchase communications and refunds are handled by the seller, not by LinkInBioPremium.

1. Who we are

LinkInBioPremium is operated as a business software service. For privacy-related requests about our platform, use our Contact page. This policy applies to our website, web application, and mobile applications.
When creators use Premium Selling, they—not LinkInBioPremium—are generally the merchant facing the buyer for digital downloads, donations, and custom payments. We provide software and payment-rail connectivity. We do not mediate day-to-day purchase support, product delivery disputes, or refunds between sellers and buyers as a customer-service intermediary. See also our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:
  • Waitlist and marketing data: email address and submission timestamp when you join our waitlist or request product updates.
  • Account data: name, email, organization, authentication identifiers, username, profile image, and dashboard settings.
  • CRM and integration data: API credentials, field mappings, pipeline configuration, webhook URLs you configure, and lead records synced with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar services you connect.
  • Page and content data: link-in-bio configuration, themes, social account links, media embeds, carousel images, and similar publishable content.
  • Short-link data: aliases, destination URLs, tags, custom-domain DNS records you provide, optional tracking pixel IDs (for example Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, or X), API keys you create, click counts, referrers, approximate geo/device signals derived from requests, and retention/warning emails for free-tier link expiry.
  • Booking data: business name, services, availability windows, time zone, booking page settings, and appointment details visitors submit (such as name, email, phone, notes, and selected time).
  • Selling catalog data: product titles, descriptions, prices, thumbnails, delivery mode, and digital media files sellers upload for sale.
  • Transaction data: order identifiers, product purchased, amounts, currency, payment status, payment provider references (including crypto transaction hashes where used), buyer name/email provided at checkout, and related fulfillment metadata.
  • Seller support contact settings: optional support email and direct messaging URL that sellers configure for buyers who need purchase help.
  • Download / access data: access tokens, unlock attempts, session metadata, and limited abuse-prevention signals related to purchased media access. Checkout receipt proofs may be held temporarily in browser session storage (not in shared URL query strings) to unlock downloads in the same browser session.
  • Attribution data: UTM parameters, referral URLs, click paths, affiliate/referral codes, and campaign metadata.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, app version, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Platform support communications: messages you send to our team via the Contact page or similar channels (distinct from seller–buyer purchase support).

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the LinkInBioPremium platform.
  • Capture and route leads into your connected CRM systems or webhooks.
  • Operate short links: create aliases, redirect visitors, measure clicks, attach optional marketing pixels you configure, manage custom domains, enforce quotas, and send retention notices for expiring free-tier links.
  • Operate booking: show availability, accept appointments, and deliver calendar/confirmation tooling where enabled.
  • Operate Premium Selling: checkout, order records, fulfillment links, and media access portals.
  • Show a seller’s published support contact details to buyers (and in limited platform flows such as Order ID routing) so buyers can reach the seller about a purchase.
  • Scan uploaded digital files and public images (such as profile, carousel, and product thumbnails) for security and policy enforcement.
  • Persist campaign and UTM attribution across user journeys.
  • Process platform subscription billing and connect payout onboarding with payment partners.
  • Send service announcements, waitlist updates, and product communications.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access; troubleshoot errors.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Selling, seller contact details, and buyer communications

If you are a seller using Premium Selling, you may configure a customer support email and/or a direct messaging URL (for example WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram). Those details may be published on your public page snapshot for checkout help, shown on purchase emails or the buyer download portal, and returned when a buyer uses our Contact form with a valid Order ID and the same email used at checkout.
If you are a buyer, the name and email you provide at checkout are used to process the payment (via our payment partners), create the order, deliver access to digital media, and allow the seller to identify your purchase. Your purchase contract and product relationship are with the seller. LinkInBioPremium does not handle seller–buyer purchase negotiations, product Q&A, refunds, chargebacks initiated with the seller, or replacement deliveries as a substitute for the seller. Those communications and remedies are between you and the seller, using the contact methods the seller provides.
Our Contact page is for platform questions (account, billing for the LinkInBioPremium subscription, privacy requests about our processing, and similar). When you submit an Order ID for purchase help, we may verify the order and show you the seller’s support contact so you can reach them directly—we do not become the customer-support agent for that sale.

6. Booking and appointments

If you enable booking, visitors may submit contact and appointment details to schedule with you. That information is provided to you as the service provider for the appointment. LinkInBioPremium processes it to display availability, create bookings, send confirmations or calendar files where enabled, and prevent spam or abuse. You are responsible for how you use attendee data after it is shared with you.

8. How we store and protect data

Application data may be stored using Google Firebase (including Firestore and Cloud Storage) and related infrastructure. Digital product files uploaded by sellers are stored privately where designed for paid access and delivered through time-limited access mechanisms after purchase. Public profile and carousel images are stored for display on your page and may be scanned after upload; we may remove files that fail security checks. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Sharing and third parties

We may share information with:
  • CRM providers and webhook endpoints you authorize (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier/Make URLs you configure).
  • Payment and payout processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to process platform subscriptions and creator sales / onboarding; blockchain networks when you use crypto checkout.
  • Analytics and advertising partners you configure on pages or short links (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, X pixels).
  • DNS / hosting infrastructure used to serve custom short-link domains.
  • Buyers (limited seller support contact details a seller chooses to publish for purchase help).
  • Sellers and booking hosts (visitor checkout or appointment details needed to fulfill their own services).
  • Infrastructure vendors such as Firebase/Google Cloud that host our application data.
  • Analytics, email, and customer support tools that help us operate the platform.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information. Sharing buyer or booking details with a creator in connection with that creator’s own checkout or appointment is part of facilitating the tooling they requested—not a “sale” of personal information under typical U.S. state privacy definitions.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on web properties to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, support attribution, and temporarily hold checkout receipt proofs needed to unlock purchases in the same browser session. You can control cookies through browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

11. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order and payout-related records may be retained longer where required for accounting, chargebacks, or legal compliance. Free-tier short links and related click logs may be deleted after the published retention period (typically about 90 days) unless upgraded or otherwise required for abuse investigation. Waitlist records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. When accounts or products are deleted, we may remove associated stored media subject to backup and legal retention limits.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise rights regarding data LinkInBioPremium controls as a platform operator, submit a request through our Contact page.
If you are a buyer seeking a refund, replacement, or product support for a creator’s digital purchase, contact the seller using the support email or messaging link provided for that purchase. Sellers are responsible for responding to those requests. If you are a seller or booking host, you are responsible for privacy notices you provide to your audience, buyers, and attendees about how you use their data after it is shared with you.

13. International transfers

If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

14. Children’s privacy

LinkInBioPremium is a B2B service not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

16. Contact us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices may be submitted through our Contact page. For platform Terms, see our Terms of Service. For purchase issues with a creator’s product, contact that seller directly.
