Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LinkInBioPremium at p1.do, including our website, web app, and mobile applications, and features such as CRM lead capture, short URLs, appointment booking, Premium Selling, payouts, affiliates, and related tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LinkInBioPremium. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for business users, creators, and coaches who are at least 18 years old. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated. Features that process payments or sell digital goods may require additional identity, tax, or payout verification through our payment partners.

3. Description of service

LinkInBioPremium provides a link-in-bio and creator SaaS platform. Depending on your plan and configuration, features may include:
  • Public bio pages with links, themes, social account links, media embeds, and action buttons.
  • Lead capture forms, progressive profiling, analytics, and UTM / attribution tools.
  • CRM and automation connectors (for example HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and optional webhooks.
  • Short links: branded aliases on our domain and optional custom domains, click analytics, tags, CSV tools, marketing pixels, and a REST API where offered on your plan.
  • Appointment booking: public booking pages, availability, and calendar delivery tooling where enabled.
  • Premium Selling: digital downloads / media bundles, donations or tips, custom payments, and optional crypto checkout on your public page.
  • Payout onboarding via third-party processors (such as Stripe Connect and PayPal).
  • Buyer access portals for purchased digital media (stream and/or download links with expiration and access limits).
  • Affiliate / referral and coupon tools where offered.
  • Account dashboards, admin tools (for authorized operators), and related support utilities.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Availability of Selling, short links, booking, payouts, and specific payment methods depends on your plan, eligibility, geographic support of payment partners, and successful onboarding.

4. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, short-link API keys, and all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly through our Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames or short aliases, or suspend accounts for violations.
  • You are responsible for content published on your public page, destinations behind your short links, and for who you authorize to access your dashboard.

5. Premium Selling and digital goods

If you enable Premium Selling, LinkInBioPremium provides software that helps you list and sell digital products (such as downloads and media bundles), accept donations or tips, and collect custom payments on your public page. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, you are the seller and merchant facing the buyer for those transactions. We provide the platform and connectivity to payment processors; we are not the buyer’s retailer for your catalog.
As a seller you represent and warrant that:
  • You have all rights needed to sell, license, and deliver the products and media you list.
  • Your listings, pricing, descriptions, and marketing are accurate and not misleading.
  • Your products and files comply with these Terms, our acceptable-use rules, and applicable law (including export, IP, privacy, and consumer rules that apply to you).
  • You will not sell illegal goods, stolen content, malware, credentials, weapons, adult content where prohibited, or anything we reasonably determine creates legal or safety risk.
  • You are solely responsible for taxes, invoices, consumer disclosures, and refunds or chargebacks related to your sales, except where a payment processor’s rules assign specific duties.
  • LinkInBioPremium does not mediate customer support disputes between you and your buyers as a first-line support desk—you must provide buyer support for your sales.
We may scan uploaded files and public images (including type, content, and reputation checks), refuse or remove listings or media, freeze Selling features, or suspend payouts or accounts when we detect policy violations, abuse, fraud risk, or unlawful content. Scanning reduces risk but does not guarantee that files are safe or virus-free; you remain responsible for what you upload and deliver.

7. Booking

Booking tools help you publish availability and accept appointments from visitors. You are the service provider for those appointments. You are responsible for accurate schedules, cancellations, no-show policies, and how you use attendee information. We may limit spam bookings and reserve the right to disable booking features for abuse.

8. Buyers of creator products

If you purchase a digital product, donation, or custom payment offered by a creator onLinkInBioPremium, your contract for that purchase is with the creator (seller), not withLinkInBioPremium, unless we expressly sell a product ourselves. Access links, streaming sessions, and download entitlements may expire, limit the number of unlocks, or require verification (such as the email used at checkout). Do not share access tokens or receipt proofs. For purchase problems (missing files, quality, refunds), contact the seller using the support details they provide. Our Contact page may help route you to the seller when you supply a valid Order ID and the purchase email; that does not makeLinkInBioPremium a party to the sale or a guarantor of the seller’s performance.

9. Payments, payouts, and fees

Platform subscription fees (for example Premium) are charged as described at checkout or in your billing settings and are processed by our payment providers. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
Creator sales on Premium Selling are typically settled through connected payout accounts (such as Stripe Connect and/or PayPal) or, where enabled, verified crypto transfers. Those processors’ or networks’ terms, fees, reserves, holds, and KYC requirements apply. Processor and card-network fees are separate from your LinkInBioPremium subscription. Where we state that Premium Selling does not take an extra percentage of your creator profit on top of the monthly platform fee, that refers to our platform fee model and does not eliminate payment-processor, currency, chargeback, network, or third-party fees.
You authorize us and our processors to charge, reverse, or withhold amounts as needed to address fraud, errors, chargebacks, or policy enforcement. We may delay or disable Selling or payouts if your account is incomplete, disputed, or under investigation.

10. CRM, webhooks, and third-party integrations

When you connect HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, webhooks, analytics/pixel providers, or other third-party services, you authorize LinkInBioPremium to access and transmit data as configured by you. You are solely responsible for:
  • Obtaining any required consents from leads, visitors, and contacts you capture.
  • Configuring integrations lawfully and in compliance with provider terms.
  • Accuracy of field mappings, pipelines, and automated workflows you enable.
  • Ensuring webhook endpoints you configure are secure (HTTPS), under your control, and not pointed at private or unauthorized networks.
  • Reviewing data synced into external systems before acting on it commercially.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their outages, pricing, or policy changes.

11. Affiliates, referrals, and coupons

If you participate in an affiliate, referral, or coupon program, additional program rules shown in the product or on related pages apply. Fraudulent referrals, self-dealing where prohibited, coupon abuse, or misleading promotion may result in forfeiture of rewards and account enforcement. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including spam and privacy laws.
  • Upload malware, executables disguised as documents, or content intended to harm buyers or systems.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform security.
  • Resell or white-label the service except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the service to send deceptive, harassing, or unlawful communications.
  • Collect personal data without proper notice, consent, or legal basis.
  • Misrepresent attribution data, UTM parameters, order status, or lead source information.
  • Circumvent download access limits, share buyer access tokens, or abuse rate limits.
  • Use Selling features for prohibited or high-risk categories we disallow (including illegal goods, IP infringement, or fraud).
  • Use short links or custom domains for phishing, malware, cloaking, or other abusive redirects.
  • Abuse booking forms (spam bookings, scraped availability attacks, or harassment).

13. Waitlist and beta features

Waitlist registration and beta or preview features are provided “as is.” We may change availability, pricing, or functionality before general release. Submitting a waitlist email does not guarantee access or any particular launch date.

14. Intellectual property

LinkInBioPremium, its software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription or authorized access period.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including catalog media and page content. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, scan, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service—including delivering purchases to buyers, redirecting short links, facilitating bookings, and syncing leads to connected CRMs at your direction.

15. Confidentiality and data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to your audience and ensuring a lawful basis for processing lead, visitor, buyer, booking, and support data you collect through your pages, short links, booking, and Selling features.

16. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE, SPECIFIC REVENUE OUTCOMES, OR THAT UPLOADED FILES OR THIRD-PARTY PAYOUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR FREE OF HARMFUL CODE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR DELIVERY OF CREATOR-SOLD PRODUCTS, SHORT-LINK DESTINATIONS, OR BOOKED SERVICES.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKINBIOPREMIUM AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING LOSSES ARISING FROM CREATOR–BUYER TRANSACTIONS, CHARGEBACKS, PAYOUT DELAYS, SHORT-LINK DESTINATIONS, OR BOOKING DISPUTES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). AMOUNTS PROCESSED AS CREATOR SALES THROUGH PAYMENT PARTNERS ARE NOT “AMOUNTS YOU PAID US” FOR THIS CAP.

18. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkInBioPremium from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, catalog, short-link destinations, bookings, sales, refunds or chargebacks, tax obligations, marketing practices, integrations, buyer or attendee disputes, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

19. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us, buyers, or other users, or as required by law. Upon termination, your license ends. We may delete account data, short links, custom domains, and stored media subject to the Privacy Policy, legal retention obligations, and completion of pending payment or dispute processes. Outstanding obligations (including indemnities and amounts owed to processors or buyers) survive termination.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

22. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through our Contact page. For privacy matters, see our Privacy Policy. For subscription refunds, see our Refund Policy. Purchase issues with a creator’s digital product should be directed to that seller first.
