Set up your dental practice website on P1.do
Patients find you on Instagram, Google, and TikTok—then bounce if your bio is a dead end. On LinkInBioPremium, a dental office can publish a mobile landing page, contact form, appointment booking, and a link hub with social profiles in one p1.do URL—without waiting on a custom web rebuild.
What your practice website includes
Treat p1.do as the patient-facing site you share everywhere: Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, Facebook cover, print cards, and recall SMS. A typical dental setup combines four building blocks:
- Landing page — practice name, promise (“New patients welcome · Same-week hygiene”), photo, and clear next step.
- Contact form — email + message (or structured lead fields) for insurance questions, referrals, and after-hours notes.
- Appointment booking (Premium) — services, staff, hours, deposits, reminders, and /book/yourhandle.
- Link page + socials — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google reviews, patient forms, financing, and parking maps.
Free plans include the landing page, forms, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages. Premium unlocks booking, CRM sync, Selling (optional packages), and unlimited pages. See Pricing.
Step-by-step: go live this week
- 1.Create an account at /signup and claim a short handle (example: p1.do/lakesidedental).
- 2.Open Dashboard → Link Builder. Write a patient-first headline and subheadline; upload a welcoming practice or dentist photo.
- 3.Under Page layout, keep Links, Social, Contact form (and/or Lead capture), and Booking visible in the order patients should act.
- 4.Add Social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and Standard links for Google reviews, new-patient forms, insurance FAQ, and directions.
- 5.Enable Contact form for quick messages—or Lead capture for fields like “New or existing patient,” phone, and preferred appointment type.
- 6.Upgrade to Premium when ready, then configure Dashboard → Booking: services (New patient exam, Adult hygiene, Child hygiene, Whitening consult, Emergency), staff, weekly hours, buffers, and deposit rules.
- 7.Optional: create a child page such as /links for a pure link-in-bio hub while Home stays the conversion landing page.
- 8.Share UTM-tagged URLs from every channel and watch Audience Analytics plus form notifications.
Detailed screenshots and booking rules live in the User Guide. Feature deep-dives: Appointment Booking, Contact Forms, Multi-Page Bios.
Landing page that converts new patients
- Lead with the outcome: “Family dentistry in [City] · New patients this month.”
- Put Booking or Contact above the fold; social icons can sit lower.
- Use Themes for a clean clinical look—avoid cluttered cards and competing CTAs.
- Add a Universal Action Button for “Book online” or “Call the front desk” if you want one persistent CTA.
- Keep legal footer defaults (Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer)—patients expect them on healthcare-facing pages.
Contact form for the front desk inbox
Not every visitor is ready to pick a time slot. A contact form catches insurance eligibility questions, specialist referrals, and “are you accepting new patients?” messages without forcing email apps on mobile.
- Contact form: email + message, confirmation copy, spam protection, creator email alerts.
- Lead capture: add phone, preferred day, patient type, or “how did you hear about us?”
- Optional CRM sync so inquiries land in HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for recall campaigns.
- Pair with UTMs so Instagram ads and Google posts attribute correctly.
Appointment booking patients will actually use
- Publish services patients recognize—avoid internal code names.
- Set realistic buffers between hygiene and restorative chairs.
- Offer deposit or card hold for high-no-show cosmetic consults.
- Connect Google Calendar to block out vacations and chair time automatically.
- Share https://p1.do/book/yourhandle on Google Business Profile and voicemail.
- Paste Zoom links only when you offer virtual consults (manual Zoom URLs from the Booking dashboard).
Marketing overview: /appointment-booking.
Recommended information architecture
- 1.Home (landing): headline, booking, contact form, top 3 links, social icons.
- 2.Child /links (optional): full social + resource list for Instagram bio traffic.
- 3.Public book URL: /book/yourhandle for Google Business and SMS recall.
- 4.UTM variants per channel so analytics stay honest.
FAQ for dental practices
Can a dental practice use P1.do instead of a traditional website?
Yes for many practices. P1.do gives you a public landing page at p1.do/yourhandle, optional child pages (for example a links hub), a contact form, Premium appointment booking at /book/yourhandle, and social icons—enough for new-patient intake and marketing from Instagram or Google Business Profile. Complex SEO blogs or multi-location CMS sites may still want a full website; many dentists use P1.do as the fast mobile site patients actually open.
How do patients book dental appointments on P1.do?
On Premium, open Dashboard → Booking, add services (new patient exam, hygiene, whitening consult, emergency triage), set staff and weekly hours, then publish. Patients book on your bio Booking section or at https://p1.do/book/{username}. You can require deposits via Stripe/PayPal, sync Google Calendar, send reminders, and share self-serve cancel/reschedule links.
Can we collect new-patient inquiries with a contact form?
Yes. Enable Contact form in Link Builder for email + message (insurance questions, referral notes, urgent concerns), or Custom lead capture for structured fields such as preferred date, patient type, and phone. Both support spam checks and optional CRM sync (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kit, or webhooks).
How do we add Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google reviews?
In Link Builder → Social accounts, add each profile URL. Icons appear on your public page. Also add Standard links for “Google reviews,” “Insurance & forms,” “Meet the dentist,” or “Emergency line” so your link-in-bio works as a full patient hub from Instagram and TikTok bios.
Is appointment booking available on the free plan?
Appointment booking is a Premium feature. Free plans can still publish a landing page, contact/lead forms, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages—useful for a simple practice link hub. Upgrade under Dashboard → Billing when you are ready for online booking.
Can we use a landing page and a separate links page?
Yes. Free includes up to 5 pages; Premium is unlimited. Use Home for the practice landing page (headline, offer, booking, contact) and a child slug such as /links for socials and resource URLs—or the reverse. See /pages for multi-page bios.
Does P1.do work for multi-dentist or multi-hygienist offices?
Premium Booking supports multiple staff and services with separate availability. Patients pick a service (and staff when you enable it), so hygiene and doctor schedules can stay distinct while sharing one public book URL.
How should dental practices use UTMs with their bio link?
Share tagged URLs such as https://p1.do/yourhandle?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=bio&utm_campaign=new_patients. UTM parameters persist through lead and contact submissions so you can see which reel, ad, or Google post drove each inquiry.
Is patient data secure on forms and booking?
Forms and booking use the same platform security model as other P1.do creators (encrypted transport, spam controls, authenticated dashboard). Card deposits go through Stripe or PayPal checkout—not stored on your bio page. Review /privacy-policy and /pci-compliance. Do not collect full clinical charts or PHI beyond what you are prepared to handle in your practice workflows.
Can we accept deposits for whitening or cosmetic consults?
Yes on Premium Booking with deposit or paid modes via Stripe and/or PayPal. You can also use Premium Selling for fixed-price packages or quick-pay blocks when a full appointment slot is not required.
