Set up your spa website on P1.do
Clients discover you on Instagram and Google—then leave if your bio is a messy list of outdated links. On LinkInBioPremium, a spa can publish a mobile landing page, contact form, appointment booking, and a social link hub in one p1.do URL—without waiting on a custom web redesign.
What your spa website includes
Treat p1.do as the client-facing site you share everywhere: Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, TikTok, email signatures, and gift-card inserts. A typical spa setup combines four building blocks:
- Landing page — spa name, promise (“Relax · Renew · Book in minutes”), hero photo, and a clear next step.
- Contact form — email + message (or structured lead fields) for gift cards, bridal parties, allergies, and group bookings.
- Appointment booking (Premium) — services, staff, hours, deposits, reminders, and /book/yourhandle.
- Link page + socials — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Google reviews, menus, memberships, and arrival info.
Free plans include the landing page, forms, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages. Premium unlocks booking, CRM sync, Selling (optional gift packages), and unlimited pages. See Pricing.
Step-by-step: go live this week
- 1.Create an account at /signup and claim a short handle (example: p1.do/harborglowspa).
- 2.Open Dashboard → Link Builder. Write a client-first headline and subheadline; upload a calm, on-brand spa photo.
- 3.Under Page layout, keep Links, Social, Contact form (and/or Lead capture), and Booking visible in the order clients should act.
- 4.Add Social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and Standard links for Google reviews, service menu, gift cards, memberships, and parking/arrival.
- 5.Enable Contact form for quick messages—or Lead capture for fields like preferred therapist, service interest, and phone.
- 6.Upgrade to Premium when ready, then configure Dashboard → Booking: services (Swedish 60/90, Deep tissue, Signature facial, Couples, Lash fill, Consult), staff, weekly hours, buffers, and deposit rules.
- 7.Optional: create a child page such as /links for a pure link-in-bio hub while Home stays the conversion landing page.
- 8.Share UTM-tagged URLs from every channel and watch Audience Analytics plus form notifications.
Detailed screenshots and booking rules live in the User Guide. Feature deep-dives: Appointment Booking, Contact Forms, Multi-Page Bios.
Landing page that books more treatments
- Lead with the outcome: “Day spa in [City] · Online booking open.”
- Put Booking or Contact above the fold; social icons can sit lower.
- Use Themes for a calm, high-trust look—one primary CTA beats a wall of buttons.
- Add a Universal Action Button for “Book a massage” or “Buy a gift card” if you want one persistent CTA.
- Keep legal footer defaults (Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer)—clients expect them on wellness sites.
Contact form for the front desk
Not every visitor is ready to pick a time slot. A contact form catches gift-card questions, bridal-party requests, and “do you take walk-ins?” messages without forcing email apps on mobile.
- Contact form: email + message, confirmation copy, spam protection, creator email alerts.
- Lead capture: add phone, preferred day, therapist preference, or “how did you hear about us?”
- Optional CRM sync so inquiries land in HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for win-back campaigns.
- Pair with UTMs so Instagram ads and Google posts attribute correctly.
Appointment booking clients will actually use
- Publish services clients recognize—Swedish 60, Signature facial, Couples massage—not internal SKUs.
- Set realistic buffers for room turnover and therapist breaks.
- Offer deposits for peak-weekend slots and bridal or couples packages.
- Connect Google Calendar to block vacations and private events automatically.
- Share https://p1.do/book/yourhandle on Google Business Profile, SMS confirmations, and the front-desk tablet.
- Paste Zoom links only for virtual consults (manual Zoom URLs from the Booking dashboard).
Marketing overview: /appointment-booking.
Recommended information architecture
- 1.Home (landing): headline, booking, contact form, top 3 links, social icons.
- 2.Child /links (optional): full social + menu/gift/membership list for Instagram bio traffic.
- 3.Public book URL: /book/yourhandle for Google Business and SMS.
- 4.UTM variants per channel so analytics stay honest.
FAQ for spas & wellness studios
Can a spa use P1.do instead of a traditional website?
Yes for many day spas, med spas, and wellness studios. P1.do gives you a public landing page at p1.do/yourhandle, optional child pages (for example a links hub), a contact form, Premium appointment booking at /book/yourhandle, and social icons—ideal for Instagram and Google Business traffic. Large multi-location brands with heavy blog/SEO needs may still want a full CMS; many spas use P1.do as the fast mobile site clients actually open from a bio link.
How do clients book spa appointments on P1.do?
On Premium, open Dashboard → Booking, add services (Swedish massage, deep tissue, facial, couples massage, lash fill, membership consult), set therapists/estheticians and weekly hours, then publish. Clients book on your bio Booking section or at https://p1.do/book/{username}. You can require deposits via Stripe/PayPal, sync Google Calendar, send reminders, and share self-serve cancel/reschedule links.
Can we collect gift-card or membership questions with a contact form?
Yes. Enable Contact form in Link Builder for email + message (gift cards, bridal parties, allergies, parking), or Custom lead capture for structured fields such as preferred therapist, service interest, and phone. Both support spam checks and optional CRM sync (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kit, or webhooks).
How do we add Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google reviews?
In Link Builder → Social accounts, add each profile URL. Icons appear on your public page. Also add Standard links for “Google reviews,” “Price list,” “Gift cards,” “Memberships,” or “Parking & arrival” so your link-in-bio works as a full spa hub from Instagram and TikTok bios.
Is spa appointment booking available on the free plan?
Appointment booking is a Premium feature. Free plans can still publish a landing page, contact/lead forms, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages—useful for a simple spa link hub. Upgrade under Dashboard → Billing when you are ready for online booking.
Can we use a landing page and a separate links page?
Yes. Free includes up to 5 pages; Premium is unlimited. Use Home for the spa landing page (headline, offer, booking, contact) and a child slug such as /links for menus, socials, and policies—or the reverse. See /pages for multi-page bios.
Does P1.do work for multi-therapist or multi-room spas?
Premium Booking supports multiple staff and services with separate availability. Clients pick a service (and staff when you enable it), so massage therapists and estheticians can share one public book URL with distinct calendars.
How should spas use UTMs with their bio link?
Share tagged URLs such as https://p1.do/yourhandle?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=bio&utm_campaign=spring_facial. UTM parameters persist through lead and contact submissions so you can see which reel, ad, or Google post drove each inquiry.
Can we take deposits for massages, facials, or bridal packages?
Yes on Premium Booking with deposit or paid modes via Stripe and/or PayPal. You can also use Premium Selling for fixed-price gift packages or quick-pay when a full appointment slot is not required.
Is P1.do good for med spas and wellness clinics?
Yes for consult booking, intake questions, and social link hubs. Use lead capture for pre-consult questions and Booking for treatment consults or follow-ups. Always follow your local advertising and medical marketing rules; do not collect clinical charts beyond what your practice workflows can handle. See /privacy-policy.
