Set up your moving company website on P1.do
Customers compare movers on Google and social—then bounce if your bio is a dead phone number. On LinkInBioPremium, a moving company can publish a mobile landing page, quote lead capture, contact form, estimate booking, and a social link hub in one p1.do URL—without waiting on a custom web rebuild.
What your mover website includes
Treat p1.do as the customer-facing site you share everywhere: Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram ads, Nextdoor, truck wraps (QR), and email signatures. A typical mover setup combines five building blocks:
- Landing page — company name, promise (“Local & long-distance · Free estimates”), photo, and a clear next step.
- Lead capture — structured quote fields (move date, ZIPs, home size, phone) that feed your sales CRM.
- Contact form — lightweight email + message for general questions and partner referrals.
- Appointment booking (Premium) — in-home or virtual estimates, packing consults, /book/yourhandle.
- Link page + socials — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google reviews, licensing, and service areas.
Free plans include the landing page, lead capture, contact form, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages. Premium unlocks booking, CRM sync, Selling (optional deposits/kits), and unlimited pages. See Pricing.
Step-by-step: go live this week
- 1.Create an account at /signup and claim a short handle (example: p1.do/bayareaproudmovers).

- 3.Under Page layout, put Lead capture near the top, then Booking, Contact form, Links, and Social.
- 4.Enable Custom lead capture with fields such as Move date, From ZIP, To ZIP, Home size, Stairs/elevator, and Phone. Set button text to “Get my free quote.”
- 5.Enable Contact form for overflow questions (“Do you move pianos?” / “Commercial moves?”).
- 6.Add Social accounts and Standard links for Google reviews, Licensing & insurance, Service areas, Packing checklist, and Careers.
- 7.Upgrade to Premium when ready, then configure Dashboard → Booking: In-home estimate, Virtual estimate, Packing consult—plus estimator staff and hours.
- 8.Optional: child page /links for a pure social + resource hub while Home stays quote-focused.
- 9.Share UTM-tagged URLs from every ad and channel; watch Audience Analytics and lead email alerts.

Landing page that wins more quote requests
- Lead with trust + speed: “Licensed movers in [City] · Free quotes in minutes.”
- Put lead capture or Booking above the fold; social icons can sit lower.
- Mention local + long-distance (if true), packing labor, and storage partnerships.
- Add a Universal Action Button for “Get a free quote” if you want one persistent CTA.
- Keep legal footer defaults (Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer)—customers expect them on service sites.
Lead capture for move quotes
Quote quality beats vanity clicks. Structured lead capture asks the questions your estimators need before they call back.
- Required email (“Your Email”) plus custom fields for move logistics.
- Custom submit button and thank-you copy you control.
- Spam protection / “I’m not a robot” checks on public submits.
- Email alerts when a new quote request arrives.
- Optional HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kit, or webhook sync with UTMs for ad attribution.
- Reorder Lead capture in Page layout so it sits above secondary links.
Overview: /lead-capture.
Contact form for the dispatch inbox
Not every visitor is ready for a full quote form. A contact form catches partner referrals, apartment-complex preferred-vendor questions, and simple “are you available Saturday?” notes.
- Email + message, confirmation copy, spam protection, creator email alerts.
- Optional CRM sync so messages become contacts/deals.
- Use alongside—not instead of—lead capture for quotes.
Appointment booking for estimates & walkthroughs
- Publish services customers understand—In-home estimate, Virtual estimate, Packing consult.
- Set buffers between on-site visits across neighborhoods.
- Offer deposits for peak end-of-month estimate slots if no-shows are a problem.
- Connect Google Calendar to block trucks, warehouse days, and vacations.
- Share https://p1.do/book/yourhandle on Google Business Profile and SMS follow-ups.
- Paste Zoom links for virtual walkthroughs from Dashboard → Booking → Appointments (manual; no Zoom OAuth).
Marketing overview: /appointment-booking.
Recommended information architecture
- 1.Home (landing): headline, lead capture, booking, contact form, top trust links, social icons.
- 2.Child /links (optional): full social + reviews + packing resources.
- 3.Public book URL: /book/yourhandle for estimate appointments.
- 4.UTM variants per ad platform so cost-per-lead stays measurable.
FAQ for moving companies
Can a moving company use P1.do instead of a traditional website?
Yes for many local and regional movers. P1.do gives you a public landing page at p1.do/yourhandle, optional child pages, lead capture for quote requests, a contact form, Premium appointment booking (estimates/walkthroughs) at /book/yourhandle, and social icons—ideal for Google Business Profile, Facebook ads, and Instagram. Large national fleets with complex multi-city CMS sites may still want a full website; many movers use P1.do as the fast mobile site customers open from a bio or ad.
How do customers request a moving quote on P1.do?
Enable Custom lead capture in Link Builder. Collect email plus fields such as move date, from/to ZIP, home size (studio–4BR), stairs/elevator, and phone. Add confirmation copy like “Thanks—we’ll send your estimate shortly.” Optional CRM sync (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kit, or webhooks) pushes leads into your sales pipeline with UTMs intact.
Can we book in-home estimates or virtual walkthroughs?
Yes on Premium Booking. Add services such as In-home estimate, Virtual estimate, Packing consult, or Storage pickup, set estimator availability, then publish. Customers book on your bio Booking section or at https://p1.do/book/{username}. Use deposits for peak weekends if needed, sync Google Calendar, and send reminders.
What is the difference between lead capture and the contact form for movers?
Lead capture is for structured quote funnels (move date, ZIP codes, bedrooms). Contact form is a lighter email + message box for general questions, claims follow-ups, or “are you licensed in my city?” inquiries. Many movers run both: lead capture as the primary CTA, contact form as a secondary inbox.
How do we add Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google reviews?
In Link Builder → Social accounts, add each profile URL. Icons appear on your public page. Also add Standard links for “Google reviews,” “Get a free quote,” “Licensing & insurance,” “Packing tips,” or “Service areas” so your link-in-bio works as a full mover hub from ads and social bios.
Is appointment booking available on the free plan?
Appointment booking is Premium. Free plans can still publish a landing page, lead capture, contact form, social icons, standard links, and up to 5 pages—enough for a quote-focused link hub. Upgrade under Dashboard → Billing when you want calendar booking for estimates.
Can we use a landing page and a separate links page?
Yes. Free includes up to 5 pages; Premium is unlimited. Use Home for the conversion landing page (headline, lead form, booking) and a child slug such as /links for socials, reviews, and resources—or the reverse. See /pages.
How should movers use UTMs with their bio link?
Share tagged URLs such as https://p1.do/yourhandle?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid&utm_campaign=summer_moves. UTM parameters persist through lead and contact submissions so you know which ad, reel, or Google post drove each quote request.
Can we take deposits for peak move dates or packing labor?
Yes on Premium Booking with deposit or paid modes via Stripe and/or PayPal for estimate or consult slots. You can also use Premium Selling for fixed-price packing kits or quick-pay deposits when a full calendar booking is not required.
Does P1.do work for multi-crew or multi-location moving companies?
Premium Booking supports multiple staff and services with separate availability—useful for estimators across territories. For multiple brands or cities, use child pages (Premium unlimited) such as /austin and /dallas with different offers, or separate p1.do handles per market.
